It will... the reason I know is that we've done it before... If you call ahead you can likely reserve the whole back room

The size varies depending on the location (it's a mini-chain), but I'm a fan of the Financier Patisseries. There are a few locations in Midtown.
Sunburnt Cow is nowhere near midtown I don't think... unless there is more than one
Ave C and 9th street i think...
there's also one on Suffolk & Rivington. The name's different but I think they're from the same group/owner, it's called Bondi Road. Like the Sunburnt Cow, it also serves the endless brunch menu. Bondi Road can def do 25.

Harry's Steak House in Financial District ~$20 a person, not sure if they have brunch on Sundays...only bubbly for 2-3 hours, juice is extra
Calle Ocho in Upper West if you want Sangria and Latin food
All are pretty sizable and should be able to accomodate all the people if you book enough in advance
These are the only AYCD I can think off the top of my head. Will post more when I can think of more later
Midtown/Hells Kitchen is a terrible district for food in general.
