Reference Question
Joined a job out of undergrad, worked there for ~9 months, no issues, left for my current firm, where I've been here for ~3 years. Now I'm leaving and I had to put down 3 references on behalf of the application.
For one of them, I put the supervisor at my old job. Should I reach out to him and let him know he might be getting a call about me? It's awkward insofar as I've literally kept 0 contact with them and it's been nearly 4 years now since I've said one word to anyone at the firm lol
