REIT book recommendations
This summer I will be working as an analyst with an equity REIT. I have not been exposed to real estate investing and look to learn more before beginning - what are some good books / courses to get me started?

My recommendation: "Investing in REIT's" by Ralph Block. Approachable and fairly comprehensive. May want to also supplement with some industry news to get an overview of the last few years not covered by the most recent edition of Block's book.
Agreeing with leveragedcryout. This book was the first one that came to my mind when I saw this thread.
She's on order. Thanks fellas.
Also, the BIWS and Wall Street Prep courses (udemy always has a sale on this) are pretty solid for modeling. Agree on the Block book as well.
Real Estate Game is interesting as well.
I own that book, good stuff. Wish it was a little more technical.
Depending on what group/dept you're in, you might be better off understanding project-level investment instead of REIT-level analysis. Knowing that, you might also check out some of the RE books talked about in old threads, even if none of those books touch on REITs.
