Your question is highly domain specific. StackExchange is excellent for computer science and math. Reddit does well at a lot of things. Jiksha and at one time Yahoo Answers were known for physics problems. Quizlet has flashcard decks and most of the testbank questions for textbooks published by Wiley, Elsevier, and Pearson. Library Genesis could potentially have books that would help you (including instructor's manuals, but I would put that heavily in the domain of cheating). Chegg has plenty of stuff too. What area of expertise are you wanting?
