Remote internship = harder to get FT offer?
Interning at a large tech company in Corp dev this coming summer, and was informed last week that internship will be moved to remote. Assuming company does not implement a hiring freeze, Will this make it more difficult to secure a FT offer, or would people expect FT conversion percentages to be the same?
What are some things I can do to stand out now that there won’t be any in-person meetings?
