Looked through previous threads but would appreciate additional advice.

Interned at a Canadian bank this past summer and signed the return offer as I couldn't land a FT spot before the offer expired but I recently received an FT offer at a mid BB. I'm planning on accepting just curious on how to best approach it and any risks I should be aware of.
