REPE investment committee memo format

Hi everyone - I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the typical format for an investment committee memo. Im interviewing for REPE acquisitions and if I get through first round, I'm pretty sure I'll have to do a case study. thanks

Every group has their own unique format, but here is some of the information generally included (order varies from group to group):

Investment Overview / Property Description / Business Plan / Rationale Sponsorship Deal Structure / Cash Flow Waterfall Sources & Uses Underwriting Assumptions / Returns / Sensitivities Risks & Mitigants Supporting Schedules (market info / trends, comps, cash flow / waterfall projections, location maps, demographics, photos / renderings, etc.)

This is not an exhaustive list; it really just reflects what I've seen during my few years in the industry. Hope it is helpful.
