REPE Recruiting Advice
Hello Monkeys.
I am interning at a large lifeco this summer in the Global RE Equities group. I am interested in pursuing traditional REPE long term (Starwood, Blackstone etc).
Would it be possible/smart to recruit for FT analyst positions at these companies this summer? Should I complete the 2 year rotational program at lifeco and then recruit for REPE? Any insight you can offer me would be beyond appreciated.
