The conclusion it draws I think is bad. People who are sitting down that much probably have worse diet, get less sleep, more stress, etc etc... kinda cool, but just seems flawed

lol this a perfect GMAT Critical Reasoning...of course it's flawed, but there are some interesting facts from which one can conclude that we need to stay active to stay healthy, which is also pretty obvious. One thing i don't think they mentioned is that sitting can also lead to back problems, so bottom line watch how you sit and how much you sit.
