Research Question (PLEASE HELP)

Hello There,

I'm a college student doing a research paper on Investment Banking and also because that's the career I want to go in for. My research paper is about gender inequality in the investment baking world. I have some question I would like to ask, Men and Women are welcome to answer. It would be very helpful and thank you in advance.

  1. What do you love about being an investment banker?
  2. What do you dislike about being in the investment banking field?
  3. What makes investment baking difficult?
  4. Did you always wanted to go into the baking field? And if not, what was the change of mind?
  5. What is your own definition of investment baking?
  6. What exactly do investment bankers do?
  7. What qualities do you think would make you or anyone a successful investment banker?
  8. Have you seen any gender discrimination in the workplace?
  9. Why there are more men in the field?

I hope that's not to many questions and thank you again for your response.
