I have an upcoming interview with a large AM firm for a quant analyst position. Description below (want at least two years of excel or Matlab). If anyone has any experience with this type of interview, has an resources available or has used Matlab's financial toolbox that would be great.
Involves quantitative allocation work (building models and calculating portfolio performance):
• Portfolio Asset-Liability Analysis
• Quantitative Analysis (price and holding-based) for current and potential investments
• Assist portfolio tail-risk management process: macro-markets monitoring, trade analysis, option pricing, portfolio reconciliation and risk monitoring
