Restructuring firms hiring?
A little while ago, I lost my job at a BB. I was in S&T and I've been trying to find roles more akin to banking/private equity. I know this might be a hard transition because of the different skill sets, but if it helps I did have a very good PE experience as a SA, and the S&T group was kind of unconventional (worked on some asset mgnt, pitches to clients, etc)
Supposedly, restructuring groups are hiring. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me specifically which banks/restructuring firms are looking for Analysts? I've seen a few posts, but they get taken off as quickly as they come up...
I'd really appreciate the help. Thank you.

Thanks CastorTroy I'll look into it. I knew hlhz is hiring, but I recently saw that they pulled their post from doostang, so I wasn't sure what to make of it.
I haven't checked Mesirow, thanks youngmoney.
Anyone in restructuring that can tell me what's the likelihood I can get an interview not coming from banking? I'll apply regardless, but I'd like to be realistic... or see if there's something else I could do to help my chances.
honestly i would think pretty low, there are tons of laid off bankers out there who could more easily make the transition into restructuring than an ex sales/trading guy
IMO, under the current market condition, the only way that you may even have a shot at those positions is through network.
According to one of my friends who is working in a decent restructuring house, they are flooded by resumes from hundreds of laid off or to be laid off junior bankers. Unless through internal referral/networking, I don't see why the firm wants to pick you out for an interview given that they can easily find a handful of other candidates with much more relevant work experience.
