Restructuring Guides?

I'm currently at a big4 in the transaction services practice, but looking to make a move to RX consulting (e.g. FTI, A&M, Alix).

Does anyone know what the best materials are to learn about 13 week cash flows, liquidation analyses, and other day-to-day bread and butter tasks for restructuring consultants? Ideally looking for a program, even if its $200-$1000 (As long as it's comprehensive and actually prepares you, not just a textbook that everyone heard about once and now repeats).

I hear the WSO guide has a 13 week cash flows based on reading the forums, and there's plenty of scrambled RX discussions (though mostly IB/creditor side), but i don't know how detailed the RX materials from WSO are...let alone if it's purely a 13 week cash flows and nothing else.
