Resume advice for 3 years as a professional

Hello everyone. I have a few questions that I seem to be getting mixed feedback about. I would appreciate any and all advice given! Thanks!

1) After working with the same company for 3-5 years, how do I structure my resume? Meaning, I have been promoted 3 times, so do I list out each job title with 3-4 bullet points for each?

2) When separating each job position my resume becomes close to 1.5pgs long. As someone who is no longer a recent college grad, is this acceptable? Or do I still want a 1pg resume?

*I am a recent graduate trying to help a friend.

Thanks!
