Resume and Interview Problems Please Help ME

I just had a interview with a major big company for an internship.

I was working at 2 companies as an intern and going full time school.
Just before 3 days from the interview, I quit one of my interns.
In addition, I dropped taxation class 2 weeks before the interview and became a part-time student.
Therefore, the resume was not updated as of current date.

The finance division interviwer asked me
"Do you have two jobs?"
"Yes" I answered. (not ture)
"Are you a full time student?"
"Yes I am taking 12credits." (not ture)

Are they going to check with HR? Would it be a matter?
I am so worried about this situation and cant even go to sleep well.
Thank you for your time guys.
I really learned something from this interview..

sorry, but if they want to hire you I think this may be an issue. Dates and credit totals can't (shouldn't) really be forged. For example background checks typically don't look to find out if you had actually headed project xyz or if you actually worked with another intern as co-heads. But, they can easily see your transcript and there is a clear difference between 9 and 12 credits

I don't think you should be losing sleep over it. 1. If they ask for your official transcript, you can always explain that you ended up dropping the class and falling to part time status (it happens). You don't have to say you dropped the class before your interview. I don't think they can verify when you actually dropped the class. (but make sure your school website doesn't list add/drop deadlines that are inconsistent with your explanation) 2. Unless they ask for your transcript, they probably won't find out you are part time. Some schools confirm enrollment but never give out information about whether you are part time or full time. And hopefully you didn't put 'full time student' on your resume. Same about the other internship. If they ever find out, you can always say something like I wanted to pursue this opportunity etc. Otherwise, sit tight. Don't volunteer any updates unless they specifically ask you. You don't want to inadvertently create a bigger mess. But be ready with explanations if they ever ask.
