Resume Ethics

You guys have probably read this post a million times already...

But with recruiting season in my area coming up, I would like to hear from you all the proper way to do things.

I'm an undergrad studying econ/fin at a nontarget. I transferred to my school because of many personal conveniences that come with it. With that being said, I'm in this awkward transfer GPA vs. cumulative GPA limbo. I know what you guys are probably thinking, "Fuck off kid, we answered this question a million times already". But, with recruiting around the corner I want to be prepared. So my dilemma is that my GPA at my current institution greatly exceed my cumulative GPA. How can I leverage that while offsetting the negatives that come with a lower cum. GPA? I just got some work experience, and good leadership spots. So no I'm just trying to top it off if you will. I would love to hear your thoughts/criticism.
