Resume for grad programs - Please critique

Hi All,
I'm submitting my resume to some MS in real estate programs and would like to get it critiqued. It's been a while since its been redone and I'd like everyone's honest opinion. I don't know how good its got to be but I would like to clean it up and help it to sell myself better to the schools. Thank you.
