Resume Help - Junior this fall at a tiny non-target

I will be a junior this fall at a tiny non-target university in Texas (I left the name so I could maybe give it some exposure haha). I've been interested in finance since I was 15, have made good grades, and am now trying to break in. I'd like to use this to begin networking and applying for analyst internships for summer 2012. After spending some time on my resume though it still has lots of problems and so hopefully y'all can help me out. A few notes:

  1. I know it needs to be under a page, I'll take care of that.

  2. Should I list my minors? The way they're listed now is kinda cramped, any suggestions on fixing this?

  3. I listed my high school because it helps show that I'm not a fuckup and didn't waste time with my gap year, it's just something I did after high school. Also, while it's not Andover / Exeter, it's well known in the South.

  4. The first two entries under work experience are things I've been accepted into and plan on doing, they just haven't happened yet. I put them there to give more of a feel for my resume so that people can comment on whether or not I have a shot at getting a summer analyst internship. Wording help for the Smith Barney one in terms of what actually gets taught at these things would help.

  5. How can I better stress my language abilities? I'm fully fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish but I feel that putting these at the bottom means they will likely be glanced over or not seen. I'd like to apply to some firms in Hong Kong as well as New York, which makes this even more important.

  6. Don't forget that there are two pages, it doesn't just end randomly. Like I said, I'll fix this, if you have any suggestions about what I should take out though that'd be nice.

So go at it. Tear it apart. Let me know what I can do to make it better, and let me know what you think my odds of success are. Thanks in advance.

No high school, put GPA on right side so that it is on same line as honors, make sure all your stuff reaches the end of the line (not 1.5 line bullets, make them 1 or 2), add a section for skills and hobbies/interests, languages; remove your stuff in tour guide, its not relevant, just list the experience, Remove studied mandrainn and add it to languages on bottom, fix your bullets (ie. improved S&P by 5% points or somehting), make your title, like name on one line and everything else on next so it saves space

  1. I wouldn't exactly call Trinity small. I'm over on the east coast and I know it well.
  2. Activities - you have Fraternity. I think this is a great networking tool and I'd specify which frat you're in, especially since you're the VP. I think that's huge and coupled with Lax, gives you a great set of ECs.
  3. Remove high school, unless you are applying to jobs in Texas. Most likely no one in NYC/SF has heard of it, but it could take you a long way with in-state apps. I'm assuming it's a good private school?
