I have 7 years of progressive experience - 5 years in tech and 2 years in Corporate Finance and Strategic Finance (pivoted from tech to finance post MBA). I have worked with a couple of PE firms to manage their portfolio firms' FP&A and find it difficult to both explain key projects with the impact that I was able to bring and to keep everything in one page.
What would you suggest - to expand the key projects and impact but keep the resume length to under 2 pages, or to just put 2 projects per role and keep things under one page?
Also, is it advisable to have 2 sets of resume - one that is visually appealing and the second that can be used for the applications forms for the Ai systems to read and extract information?
