Retired bankers lecturing the Wall Street culture
From time to time, retired bankers (who have made a fortune in the industry!) come out and say the bonus culture in Wall Street is bad or needs to be changed or that the working hours are crazy. Didn't a banker break down when addressing to MBA students at a business school, begging them to do something else with their lives.
That is all great, but most of us have to work for money. Even if you are a VP and your team do very well, very well, you still can't retire.
This week, it was a turn for this private banker turned shoemaker who came out of his retirement to make this speech.
