Return Offer Background Check
I'm a SA at a BB this summer and was wondering if there is a background check process once you get a return offer. I know that there is a background check prior to the internship but wanted to see if there is also another round of background check between after the internship (~august 2021) and the FT start date. If so, what do BBs look like during this "second" background check (transcript, GPA, Employment check, work eligibility, etc)
