So I am curious about how would you rank different groups in BB at HK? Also what is the return rate in 2015 and outlook in 2016?
Got a summer internship in one of the BB and have no clue in terms of choosing groups.
Also I am seeking suggestions regarding how to outperform during the internship and win the return offer.

Guess you have already submitted your team preference, so just for your reference: M&A - low return rate, in fact all product teams have low return rate TMT - average DI - decent rate, good culture FIG - easy to return, horrible hours CR - average, horrible hours Energy - decent rate, hours vary
