Reverse mergers on European exchanges
Is there a list/database of all reverse listings, by which I explicitly mean reverse mergers with the goal of utilizing/obtaining the the status of being a public listed company, for a specific period in a specific European country? What sources should I consult?
I googled for news articles on reverse listings/reverse IPO's and reverse take-overs, but I don't think this will be sufficient for obtaining a decent list. For the US market there seems to be more information avalaible.
Only database that I can think of that may have such info would be Zephyr. Do you have access to this?
Thanks for your reply. Never heard of it and just checked it out, but unfortunately my University is not in the Openathens list. Would it be a bold question to someone who has access to post a list of Reverse mergers on the Euronext from say 1990 till now? Or is that still a lot of work to pull from the database?
I personally don't have access to it anymore either, so I don't know if this is hard to pull. If you PM me, maybe I can help you to find someone who may have access.
Thanks for the Zephyr tip. Searched in their database. Could only go back to 2004, unfortunately, which gave me 19 reverse takeovers on Euronext.
