Revlon Rule
I have a question that some of the monkeys may be able to answer.
When out drinking with your bros and chasing tail, how must the Revlon Rule be applied?
If I find a really solid 9 and her friend is a dismal 5, am I required to actively seek out offers in the bar that might result in a better outcome for all of the stake holders?
Please be very candid with your responses.
I would look at it as a joint venture subsidiary. There may be multiple stakeholders in the JV, but your ultimate fiduciary duty is to yourself, i.e. the parent company.
Unless the other shareholders are depending on you for a ride home/place to crash, the Revlon Rule does not apply.
I think it violates your Revlon duties, but it would only be a civil offense you could settle out of court by buying 5-10 more shots for your boy if you were wingmen. In a group over 4 or 5 though, you will have enough deniability to be safe.
If you're drinking, since when is a 5 dismal? Shit, tell your bro to put on his beer goggles and have fun!
