For the sake of specificity, let's say entry level through 5 years.

I am at a decent size RIA ($10-15BN) focused on HNW and UHNW in a HCOL area. I'm in my 5th year and comp so far has been:

1: $80k base + $15k bonus
2: $120k base + $25k bonus
3: $150k base + $50k bonus
4: $160k base + $60k bonus
5: $175k base + ?

Also have equity in the business that will be worth a non-trivial amount ($2-3m) if we ever sell. No profit share though so it's not worth anything today.

We are definitely more intense than many of our peers - I work 60-70hrs a week.

My firm is rapidly growing and I've progressed faster than most people in my seat, so comp is at the high end vs. my peers. I am not required to bring in business but in 2 years or so that will become an expectation (would receive a 10-15% cut of the revenue on top of base + bonus).

FWIW money is not the driving factor for me so I am leaving to get an MBA and pivot out.

I think you are an anomaly. Most juniors at an RIA (99%) of time won't break $120k in first five years. Still, I think you are in a very unique circumstance and are a high-performer so I believe your compensation figures.
