I think the title and image say it all.
Although I appreciate the honesty of the job poster, I still find it kind of antiquated and douchy.

Never personally experienced it, but I've heard of headhunters asking for a candidate's handicap.

Absolutely true (in my anecdotal experience). Idk about serious studies of handicaps and PM's, but I know it is a widely empirically validated result that stock performance relates inversely to amount of time the CEO spends playing golf
