Ridiculously honest job descriptions and requirements - "Golf-Playing Private Equity and Real Estate Analyst"

I think the title and image say it all.
Although I appreciate the honesty of the job poster, I still find it kind of antiquated and douchy.

What do you think? Outrageous, hilarious or just honest?

Feel free to share crazy/weird job requirements you have across in your career/job search.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

My buddy is a black woman, who is gay, born a man, so technically a transexual. She (he?) voted for Bernie, comes from a lower middle class background, and is currently in private equity. First Class honors from Oxford. Think she'll fit right in?
