Riveron Consulting

I was wondering if anyone had any insights into Riveron Consulting (mainly Dallas and Houston office). Couldn't find much info besides some bad reviews on Glassdoor.

Looking to their Acquisition practices which seems more like a Big 4 Due Diligence group.

Any info on the culture, reputation and work-life balance will be much appreciated!

Gracias!

I'm at Riveron now and can provide my personal experience.

Pros: Great place to work primarily due to the culture (extremely down to earth people at most levels). Lots of events (happy hours, charity runs, etc). Free snacks/drinks/open bar in the offices. Most offices have ping pong/ pool/ darts/ etc and they are actually used. The firm is in the process of high growth so hopefully opportunities ahead. I enjoy the diversity in backgrounds (mix of Big 4, consulting, industry). Comp is good (material annual bonus of 15% - 30%ish at junior levels).

Cons: Terrible 401(k) match and PTO compared to other firms. Not a big name yet so you need to be able to articulate your role and value to other potential employers if you plan on leaving. Was acquired by a PE firm in 2019 so TBD if that adversely affects the culture and comp.
