Rosenbaums 1st edition outdated?

Hi,

I would like to read Rosenbaum's Investment Banking. In older threads (~2013) people recommend to stick with the 1st edition. Does that still holds true, or would you guys meanwhile recommend to byu the 2nd edition?

Best

The 2nd edition only adds a section about buyside M&A analysis and information about how to utilize Bloomberg to help with certain valuations techniques, like comps and precedent transactions. So I'd stick with the 1st edition as you aren't gaining much with the 2nd, and it might be easier to find a used copy of the 1st edition for cheap.
