Hi everyone, I'm thinking of moving to Toronto and potentially getting an MBA at either Rotman or Schulich (York University). Background is finance related (non IB) including one 1 year international rotation. What are the most common exit opps for an MBA candidate at Rotman or Schulich? If I wanted to go for IB, is it a similar process to the US? Also how common are finance leadership programs? Thanks in advance.

If you're thinking of working in either Finance/Consulting, you should apply to Rotman/Ivey. The IB recruitment process is similar to the US,except it's probably a bit more competitive given that there are usually about 15-20 Associate level (MBA) spots at the big 5 banks available each year. Rotman usually places the most students (~85%) in these roles. There are quite a few Finance Leadership programs. If I had to guess I would say about 10 such programs in total?
