Thoughts on new Msc Finance & investments program at RSM

So I recently discovered RSM has a new masters program that is a sort of extension of their original finance & investments degree. The website says it focuses more on career development and will select a handful of student with the best credentials. Would like to hear people's thoughts on this new program and the effect it might have on the non advanced regular degree. Usually the people that break into banking from this program are the top few performers and now they might be thrown into a separate degree.
