SA Program Exceptions?

Hello WSO,

I was just curious whether BB or any banks accept non traditional candidates for their SA programs. By non traditional, I mean those candidates that are not in their junior year of undergrad, rather have already graduated from college and are career changers? Thanks in advance

I think it would be a pretty big stretch to get on as an SA. I suppose you think FT is too big of a stretch given your background/experience?
I don't think FT would be a stretch at all...i just thought all FT positions were taken from OCR whereas some SA I've seen on company site postings. If anything, i figured I would have too much experience being 5 yrs out of college (commercial banking and real estate)...just trying to break into the IB world.

Once in awhile. HR usually isn't as interested in considering you, but sometimes if you can network through front office folks. It would also help if you were applying to go back to school. A big factor is your grades and scores. Perhaps consider a temp job and see if you can grow it.

I am permanently behind on PMs, it's not personal.
