Salaries at Centerview

Looking for data points on Centerview salaries. Primarily looking for base salaries at the Associate and Principal levels.

The WSO database has the base and bonus broken out but most recent data points are at Analyst levels. Only recent source has been the H1B / work visa filings that show $150K base for associates and $175K for Principal level.

Is this true? Associate years flat at $150K and all Principal years flat at $175K?

I understand they've generally been top of the street on comp, esp. among the mainstream EBs (so higher than EVR / PWP / LAZ / GHL / Moelis), but want to figure out whether the base salaries are consistent with the street or much lower with heavy focus on back-end bonus.

For context, I'm in late stages of my conversations with them and trying to find out any info on base salary progression (which is what I'll need to live within / gets used for mortgage etc). My EB has the normal associate progression of $150 / $160 / $180 / $200 & then VPs flat at $250K. Obviously it'd be a huge variance to the monthly cash flow and very reliant on year-end. Appreciate any insights / data points.
