Salary Negotiation - ER Associate from Management Consulting
So, I have about 2.5 years of experience working in management consulting and about 6 months working in the tech startup space.
I’m heading into final round of interviews for a handful of ER Associate gigs and am feeling pretty confident I’m going to be getting some offers in the next week or so.
Considering I have a few years of experience, know how to model pretty well (taken skills tests at each bank I’ve interviewed at), and have displayed a solid understanding of the markets - do I have any negotiating power for a role that seems to be more or less junior?
