Sales Assistant

Hi Everyone,
I am a NY-based recruiter who specializes in placing candidates on the sell side in equity sales, fintech sales, research analysts, and corporate access. I am currently working on a few positions that are somewhat entry level and do not know where to look! Can anyone give me some insight on where sales professionals start their job hunt? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
