Any information on comp, investing style, culture, etc.? Seems like a small headcount shop of people with really prestigious backgrounds.

+1, would also like to know
Holy crap just looked at their profiles, you weren't kidding. Def interested in seeing who if anyone chimes in.
Wondering as well. Bump!
Wow I work in SF, and thought I knew most of the shops out here but have never seen these guys. They really seems to be very low key. On their website they mention that their investments sizes aren’t limited because their capital comes from a “larger pool.” I’m curious what that means.
Sansome is a family office for the Fisher Family (GAP Clothing). They primarily make long-only investments with a 3-5 year (or longer) time horizon across public and private companies.
I imagine its market hours and a fairly relaxed culture, particularly given the stability of their capital base.
I think the comp package was pretty standard, nothing particularly good or bad.

Wondering as well
Its a touch on the low side, but in the right ballpark for a post-IBD HF gig.
Bumping - does anyone have any first or second hand knowledge on culture, comp and hours?
Great culture, really nice guys. Based in SF. Like other poster's said, it's the Gap family's money. They have very low employee and investment turnover. The people who interviewed me are generally all still there. I think you probably work 40-50 hours a week. It sounds like a lot of the work is just monitoring existing positions. If you read a lot of my posts, you'll know I don't just give praise that easily. They were honestly some of the nicest, friendliest people I met while interviewing. Generally, I don't recommend choosing where to work based on culture, but these folks seem like genuinely great people to work with.
do you know what the comp is like there?
Seemed comparable to what you’d get out of PE, so high 200 low 300
