Save my Resume

*Edit: Made some slight changes*
Any help/criticism/opinions on this would be appreciated. I'm having difficulty making it seem more results oriented mostly because I didn't add too much value at my previous places of employment (not much to do). I'm targeting real estate financial analyst type positions at investment/development type firms, or any positions that would make this more attainable in 1-2 years. I've also been teaching myself CRE finance and excel, but I'm not sure where/if to address that. Thanks.

Would have said the same but op seems to have troubles to fill out the whole page.

I'm not an expert but I would change "courses of interest" into "relevant coursework". Just sounds better

I was always told that numbers are always great to see under work experience

For example, you listed that you constructed expenses reports, flesh that out a bit. What sort of numbers were you dealing with, don't go crazy and include figures on every line but I found, when I was just starting out, that adding numerical values where possible to my work experience really made it look more professional.
