Schools for ib for sub par students
I am a senior in high school and my stats aren’t that great I have a 3.5 uw gpa and a 27 act. I know that I cannot get into to any target schools but what schools could I get into that could give me a chance at ib or should I wait and try to transfer to a semi target?
Attend the best school you can for the 1st year, retake the ACT, crush your 1st yr in college academically, transfer to a semi-target sophomore year.
Would be a push out of state (assuming), but I feel like I see a decent amount of people from UW Madison in IB, same with Univ Illinois. Dont really know though, IB isn't really a field for "sub par students"

UW Madison, UF, UI Kelley are good state choices.
Otherwise, you can target schools around major markets such as NYC. Fordham, Baruch, etc...
