Schools to consider?

Profile:
Asian, 24, working in VC, 700 GMAT, 3.6 UG GPA from Canadian School. Decent EC, WE and leadership.

End goal is to continue to work in finance whether it be in NY, London or Tokyo (but leaning towards NY).

The schools I'm considering applying to are (along with my reasons):

Definite
Harvard - Been impressed with the alumni I've talked to so far. My age is good, but lack of blue-chip is not so good. International name.
Stanford - Have a ton of entrepreneurship stuff to draw from though I'm questioning the location considering I want to work in the East. International name.
Tuck - Alumni I've talked to have been amazing. Small classes appeal to me. If anything, i think this would be my number #1 pick. Not too well known outside of US.

Maybe
Stern - alumni office is less than useful though I have yet to visit
LBS - good name and gives me opps in London, but hard to network to NY.
Insead - 1 year program is nice... and the languages thing is interesting. Global network.
Yale - yes yes I know, not so high in the rankings, but they underwent a curriculum change and it seems like it would appeal to me. Small class sizes are a plus as well.

Ruled out
Chicago, Wharton and Columbia - reputations as quant heavy and I've done enough heavy quant.
MIT - haven't been too impressed with talking to their people.

Other maybes...but would like to hear more first hand experience
UCLA, Cornell, kellogg, Berkeley, Ross, Fuqua, Darden.

Are there any other schools that I should be considering?

Where in finance specifically would you like to work in? I think your list is pretty comprehensive though.

Banking > VC > Tech PE; PM me if you would like any advice I'm happy to help

you want to go into finance yet you're tired of quant? of the above, i'd say substitute stanford with columbia and/or wharton. it seems like prestige is important to you (from your list), and these 2 are certainly top of the pack in terms of quality of network and education.

I could be delirious because I am still at the office (and I rarely have to work this late) but you say you would like to stay in finance and more than likely you want to end up in NY yet you dismiss Wharton and Columbia, both of which are top programs overall and especially in finance. I think NYU would also be a good choice school for you as it would provide you with a variety of Opps in finance.
