Scotiabank S&T Comp and Overall Thoughts
Hi guys. I'm wondering for those who work in the s&t at scotia, what are the comps like, lower or higher than other big 5? What's your thoughts for the firm, is it having a great year and is it reflecting on your comp? Any inputs are great.

Last year as a A1 at scotia I was base 90 + 35 year end bonus. I was told that 35 was getting paid to all first years (not sure how much truth there was to that).
Just curious, is your year-end bonus more work performance based or based on your team pnl?
I was told that it was not tied to the desks overall performance. This was last year though and I am no longer employed there.
