Anyone familiar with the typical fee structure for secondary advisory groups (Evercore, Greenhill, PJT Park Hill)? I understand this is likely negotiated but trying to get a better understanding of what an average fee might look like (e.g. 1%), and if fees might differ between LP-led and GP-led transactions.
