Seek advice for lateral/undergraduate FT hire in MBB Europe for American
I am graduating from an ivy in America with a BS degree and a 3.5 GPA. I will be joining a firm in Europe, working as a business analyst and hoping to join a consulting firm down the road. My firm hires consultants from MBB a lot. From MBB's website, I learned that if I try to break in with 1 yr experience, I will be considered as a potential graduate hire. What should I do in order to maximize my chance (besides networking and be prepared )? Do I even have a chance as I do not see people in MBB with my background (1 yr work experience)?
