Hey everyone, curious to hear if anyone has participated in a secondment program at their bank, whether it be an analyst program or an associate program that's established. For example, Citi has a program where 3rd year analysts can go to an international office for a year and return as 1st year associates the next year.
How did you go about asking to do the program and did your team/HR have any issues in you pursuing it? What led you to choose the country/city you picked to work internationally? Also, if it's a second-year analyst program and you plan to leave to PE after 2 years will the firm still let you do the program?
Thanks in advance for the help, really curious to hear about others' experiences and the stories that come along with it
