Sell Side Equity Research Positions?

Can someone please lay out all positions in sell side equity research from low to high?
(i.e., research assistant, research analyst, blah blah).
The reason I am asking this question is that I do not know which position is at a higher level. Also, when people say RA, does it mean research assistant, research associate, or research analyst? which one is the highest or lowest?
