Senior at semi-target deciding between job offers?

I am a senior at a semi-target with a few options:

-FP&A at a F500 Tech company (not FANG...but still very recognizable and respected) (I interned here previously and got the return offer)
-FMAP at two of these BB (JPM/BoA/Deutsche/Citi)

  • Location of FP&A w/ tech company is great. Pay is a little above average for the area (High COL) but I haven't negotiated yet.
  • Location of one of the FLDP is garbage, but pay is generous for the area. Rotations are Treasury/Acctg/FP&A
  • Location of the other FLDP is great, pay is a little above average for the area. Rotations are Treasury/Acctg/FP&A

I think the industry of the Tech company is interesting, the culture is great, and we are moving to a new Global HQ (super nice campus...). I have never worked in the banking industry so I don't know about the culture, but from what I have heard it is soul crushing unless you intrinsically love money.

My end goal is to make above $150k with a great work/life balance. That would be Director/VP level, right? Not as lofty as other goals on this forum, but that is all I need.
