I took the 7 and then years later the 79. There's not too much overlap but there are a lot more easy topics on the 7. It's also broader and bigger in scope with some topics I found much more complex than those in the 79. If you passed the 79 you definitely have what it takes to crash course the 7 with not a great deal of effort (but certainly not none).
If you have a pulse, and already passed two exams; I'd bet you could easily pass without looking at the material at all. Not saying that you should go in blind but def don't overthink and stress about it.
