SETBACKS

I'm a rising Junior in a semi-target university, but i had a few years of setback so I'm 24 years old with some minor intern/work experience in Finance. Am I too late trying to break into IB? What are your thoughts/suggestions?

MarkZucker567 as some fellow forumates have said below, its never too late

It really isn't; there was an analyst here in Asia who I know, who was 31 when he was a 2nd year analyst.

Myself, I only made associate at 28

If you're serious about getting into banking, age shouldn't be an issue. Rather, it would be how you position it (as a strength, rather than a weakness)
