Hey guys, I need some help. I'm working on this shake shack quarterly model and I need some input on what variables I can use to come up with a regression analysis to drive revenue. shake shack have 2 main revenue sources, their shack sales and their licenses. I feel like I need more variables to come up with my assumptions. can anyone help?

I don't know SHAK at all but assuming its like other restaurants, you should look at unit growth, traffic comps, and check comps. If you want to go deeper (some of these might not be relevant depending on their business model) you can also look at franchise take rate, advertising revenue and expenses, real estate lease revenue, and supply chain revenues.
Maybe read a filing or an earnings release...
alright no problems.
To add to this, Shake Shack in particular uses what they describe as "same-Shack sales" as an important data point in their filings and releases.
What should a sell side restaurant analyst know cold about shake or another restaurant?
Food delivery growth will drive much of their short term revenues
my bank account and their tasty food
