Should an I.T. professional at Millennium Management expect a bonus?

For a purely I.T. professional at Millennium Management, should I expect a generous bonus in line expectations from a third party recruiting agency? It seems like an employer can find reasons to not pay bonuses (because of profit targets being missed, subjective employee performance assessments etc.). But perhaps Wall Street, as opposed to some other industries, is better about paying bonuses to even its systems administrators.
