Should I contact MS after sending in application?

Hey everyone!

I applied for a job at MS, and it's been about 2 weeks. I know the holidays can be busy/quiet for some, but should I call the branch? The reason I'm asking is because another bank wants to interview me right away. Both jobs are in the same state and I want to make the trip out there while making the best of my time. The status still says in review...
