I’ve been told no, as SAT is something you did in high school.
No, if you’re out of undergrad really only helpful for a true pre-mba position, consulting & 2 year analyst roles (IB/PE).
SAT scores don't matter after your sophomore year in college. Some recruiters will ask for them and some companies have them on their application, but you shouldn't have it on your resume.
You should remove it from your resume. It isn't necessary and if a firm wants to know they can just ask you, but 4 years out of undergrad they are likely not to ask.
If you want to show off, you can leave it on your LinkedIn, but that's a little douchey.

Related Question: How much HS leadership experience should be on UG resume for rising junior? Part of me says none as that's all HS and who cares. Part of me says leadership is important and it paints a picture regardless of age. Hard to have lots of professional work and leadership experience exclusively in college after two yrs (some but not lots).
